Giorno 4: Alborosie- Kingston Town
Giamaica. Al secolo Alberto D’Ascola da Marsala, partito con due mila dollari dall’Italia destinazione Kingston per affermarsi come artista reggae. Con lui oltre ai pochi dollari i suoi dreadlocks, il suo talento e anni di ascolti formativi con artisti come Bob Marley & The Wailers, Peter Tosh, Burning Spear, Culture e The Upsetters. In pochi anni si naturalizza giamaicano e diviene uno dei più importanti artisti di genere a livello mondiale. Nel 2013 è anche protagonista del film documentario “Journey to Jah” insieme con il beat maker tedesco Gentleman. Il film è presentato al festival del cinema di Berlino portando nel mondo lo sguardo sulla culturale reggae e rastafariana vissuta in Giamaica.
